WHen will my performer arrive?

Depending on the actual time that you arrange, your performer will arrive generally 30 minutes before the beginning of their performance. Every artist can arrive at a different time on bigger projects. These times can be changed to work with your schedule. Your Sight & Sound Event Producer will discuss this during your Design Session.

Will i get to meet my performer beforehand?

Our artists are on a very strict schedule. To simplify the process for all parties your Sight & Sound Event Producer will be the liaison in your stead. Any concerns or special requests will be duly noted at the time of your Design Session.

How long will they perform for?

Every performer’s hourly minimum varies. Generally speaking, most artists will engage your guests at about an hour or more (Caricature, Balloon, Stilts, etc). There are exceptions for Michael Jackson, Elvis, and the like. Call for more information to gather accurate information specific to your event needs.

I didn’t see xyz performer listed, how can i book someone else?

We have quite the selection of entertainers available for your event. Let us know what you’re interested in on your initial contact with us and we’ll help you find what you’re looking for. Sight & Sound Events is well connected in the city of Las Vegas. This is Entertainment Capital of the world afterall!

What is a design session?

A Design Session is a formal meeting where we will go over all of the details and timeline of events. Sessions are usually conducted over the phone and typically take about 30 - 45 minutes. During this time we will help you decide when is the best time for your performer to entertain at your event. .

How do i get started?

First begin by contacting us. You can fill out our contact form, give us a call or directly text us at 702-365-9526. Our office hours are Monday - Friday 10AM - 5PM PDT. Afterwards we will assist you in creating a package uniquely your own. All services offered at Sight & Sound Events are customized specific to your needs.

How much money does it cost to get started?

A 1/3 retainer of your grand total will be due upon signing of your contract to reserve your date for our services
